The Galaxy S25 and S25+ feature an aluminium body with a glass back, similar to their predecessors, and use Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for display and rear panel protection. The S25 Ultra has a titanium body and a glass back, with Gorilla Glass Armor 2 for the front display and rear panel, enhancing durability and reducing glare. The S25 Edge also has a titanium body and a flat display design, using Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 on the front for scratch resistance.
Performance and Hardware
The S25 series utilizes a “Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X” display with HDR10+ support and a 120 Hz refresh rate, with a peak brightness of 2,600 nits. The S25 has a 6.2-inch display, the S25+ a 6.7-inch display, and the S25 Ultra a 6.9-inch display. The S25 Edge has a 6.7-inch display.
Camera
All models are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset for Galaxy, a customized version of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, promising significant performance improvements. Samsung claims substantial gains in CPU, GPU, and NPU performance compared to the Galaxy S24 series. The Galaxy S25 comes with 12GB of RAM, with storage options ranging from 128GB to 1TB, depending on the model and region.
Software and AI Feature
The S25 and S25+ have a 50MP wide sensor, a 10MP 3x telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultrawide sensor. The S25 Ultra features a 200MP wide sensor, a 50MP 5x periscope telephoto lens, a 10MP 3x telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide sensor. The S25 Edge has a 200MP wide sensor and a 12MP ultrawide sensor. All models have a 12MP front-facing camera.
Battery
The Galaxy S25 series ships with Android 15 and One UI 7, with Samsung promising seven years of OS and security updates. The devices include Galaxy AI, with updated capabilities, including Gemini integration, AI Select for recommended actions, call transcriptions, and enhanced search capabilities within the Samsung Gallery app.

The Galaxy S25 has a 4,000mAh battery, the S25+ a 4,900mAh battery, and the S25 Ultra a 5,000mAh battery. The S25 and S25 Edge support 25W wired charging, while the S25+ and S25 Ultra have 45W charging. All models support 15W Qi2 inductive charging.
